The guys came quickly and took care of the live animal my cat had brought into my bedroom. They were speedy and professional.

my neighbor called and told me there was a dead possum in my front yard this morning. I called world class wildlife removal and they got right back with me. I certainly appreciate their efforts. They were at my house within two hours to remove the dead possum that was full of flies and bugs. the service was excellent. The communication was great and I will use them again if I ever have a problem

Andrew did an Excellent job and effectively dealt with, eliminated and sanitized our rodent issue!

They were responsive, professional, and able to handle the raccoons in our backyard enclosure. One of them was either rabid or just very sick. The receptionist was Ashley and she was delightful.

What a first class company!! I’ve used them twice now. When you have a rodent problem you need someone asap. They were there within 2 hours on a Saturday. Other companies weren’t answering their phones or call back on Monday. They also won’t rob you and do a great job. Ashley is on top of things and responds within a half hour. Everyone did a great job for us. From Ashley, to Andrew, and I am sorry I forgot the gentleman’s name but he came by the house and checked our traps, that were placed in the attic for any activity. I had suspected something was going on within my home. Even with two small dogs bred to catch rodents, they loved hunting for squirrels and lizards in the yard. One seven pounder and the other 16 pounds, would have a field day with the squirrels climbing up the patio screens to the roof of the house. Not realizing they were heading inside to the attic. Andrew H did a thorough inspection inside and outside of my home. He provided pictures where they were entering and activity going on in the attic. Andrew H thoroughly explained to me the best procedure to address my rodent problem. I was pleased with his knowledge and professionalism and appreciated, after a very long day, Andrew H still arrived to my home early that evening. Time and dates were set to start the process, Andrew H and his team arrived right on time, actually early. He explained what was being accomplished that day and showed me when completed. Feeling much better these critters will no longer be residing in my home. Had a bat flying around Monday. Steven came out the next day and removed it. He did a thorough inspection inside and out and found the entry point. Fast, knowledgeable and friendly service.

During my first call with them, all my questions were answered and they also made me aware of the unknown dangers to my property and the health of my family that is associated with raccoons. They have convenient plans available to fit your individual needs, which I found most helpful. And their prices are the best I was quoted when looking for help. The traps they use are new and safe and well-maintained. They even made custom traps for me as the raccoons I had broke the standard cages. They absolutely eliminated my raccoon issue and additionally trapped some opossums as well that I didn’t even know I had. Every staff member was friendly and respectful and arrived timely once I notified them that a trap was full. Top notch service and I would absolutely work with them again. Had a carcass that needed removal due to an overwhelming smell. The appointment was impromptu and Ryan came quickly. He went above and beyond to take care of the issue in difficult conditions (small space, getting attacked by flies and other insects) and he had such a good attitude the whole time. The cost was extremely reasonable for the removal and sanitization. Highly recommend this team.

They did a fabulous job! They were on time, very knowledgeable and caught 3 armadillos!!!! We had no idea how bad our problem was. This company did a thorough check …. Found multiple holes, caught the armadillos and then filled the holes. I would highly recommend them and we will use them again f necessary!

He was much more thorough than the previous company and the estimate was very affordable for everything being offered. I ran into an issue and called the office and ASHLEY was amazing as well!!!! I called, and Jim was able to come out the very next morning, which eased my mind completely! He came up with a plan and I was able to sleep well ever since.
